With over 15 years of experience in the machine tool industry, Rob Tresca saw an opportunity to start a business focused on providing exceptional customer service and support. Rob founded a company centered around the motto "keeping service simple." This business aims to offer a streamlined, dependable, and straightforward way for clients to keep their machine tools up and running.

Rob's diverse background has prepared him well. After graduating high school in 2003, Rob enlisted in the United States Marine Corps as a Diesel Technician. During his military service, Rob gained invaluable expertise holding positions such as Tool Room Non-Commissioned Officer, Reporting Non-Commissioned Officer, Quality Control Non-Commissioned Officer, Floor Sergeant, and finally, Platoon Sergeant where he oversaw 150 Marines. After being honorably discharged, Rob sought to expand his knowledge even further by attending Universal Technical Institute. He completed training and earned certificates in Automotive, Diesel, and Industrial Technologies in 2009. Hungry to continue building his skills, Rob later enrolled in the Advanced Manufacturing/Integrated Systems Technology program at North Montco Technical Career Center. This provided additional technical proficiency in machine functions and automated operations.

In addition to his military experience, Rob has worked in relevant roles including as a Research and Development Engineering Technician for a Defense Contractor, a Machinist and Programmer manufacturing medical devices, and a Field Service Technician servicing Machine Tools and related equipment. With his diverse expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction, Rob is well-positioned to lead a company focused on keeping machine tool service simple. His commitment to putting people first and streamlining support ensures customers can keep their equipment running smoothly.
